Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete a CertiDwell account from the web app or installed app.

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Account and scroll to Delete account and data.
3. Confirm your email, current password and authenticator code when applicable.
4. Select the permanent-deletion confirmation, then submit.

Deletion removes your profile and private reports, packets, evidence and unshared properties. A property shared with another active participant remains available to them with your identity detached. Legally required payment records and time-limited encrypted backups follow the retention periods in the Privacy Notice.

An active subscription must be cancelled first, and the last administrator must transfer that role. If you cannot sign in, contact CertiDwell for help recovering access before deletion.
